By downloading or using the River Rock Casino Digital Pass ("the App"), you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. Please review them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not download or use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RRC Digital Pass LTD ("we," "us," or "our").
The River Rock Casino Digital Pass is designed to serve as a digital companion for River Rock Casino Resort guests, providing a digital Encore Rewards pass, rewards dashboard, and resort guide. By using the App, you agree to do so legally, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms.

All assets within the App — including visuals, design elements, text, branding, code, and user interface elements — are owned or properly licensed by RRC Digital Pass LTD. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose.
No rights are granted to copy, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the App or its content. The River Rock Casino Digital Pass name, logo, and associated branding are proprietary to RRC Digital Pass LTD.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
The App uses your Encore Rewards credentials for authentication purposes only. Your session is maintained securely on your device using iOS Keychain storage. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
The River Rock Casino Digital Pass is intended exclusively for individuals who are 19 years of age or older, in compliance with British Columbia gaming regulations. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
The App requires acknowledgement of the 19+ age requirement during the policy acknowledgement screen on first login. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not use the App.
The River Rock Casino Digital Pass is explicitly not a gambling application. The App contains no casino games, betting features, wagering mechanisms, or payment processing of any kind.
The App is a digital companion tool designed to replace the physical Encore Rewards card and provide resort information. Any reference to the casino environment is purely informational and does not constitute gambling activity.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant error-free operation, specific results, or continuous availability. Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of resort information, event listings, dining details, or other content displayed within the App. Information may change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RRC Digital Pass LTD and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from: inability to present your digital pass, inaccurate resort information, App downtime, or any reliance on content displayed within the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.
Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through an updated effective date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
